Use of the game

2048 Cupcakes is free to play in your browser. You may play and enjoy it for personal, non-commercial use. Please don't attempt to disrupt, abuse, or misuse the site, or use it in any way that breaks applicable laws.

Provided "as is"

The game is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep it working and fun, but we can't guarantee it will always be available, error-free, or uninterrupted. Your saved progress is stored locally in your browser and may be lost if you clear your data or switch devices. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the game.

Intellectual property & credits

The 2048 game concept was created by Gabriele Cirulli and is MIT licensed. 2048 Cupcakes is an independent project and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the original author or other 2048 variants. The cupcake artwork, code, and branding of this site belong to their respective creators.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted here, and we'll update the date at the top of this page.
